Organized by Sarawak Heritage Society in collaboration with UCS Institut Eksekutif and LimKokWing Institute of Creative Technology, this program was held on 2 consecutive Saturdays on 13th September and 20th September. It aimed to bring awareness to young people on heritage issues and encourage them to become involve in heritage conservation.
The program was divided into a few lecture series, conducted by Ar Mike Boon and Ms Peggy Wong from SHS.
A guided tour bringing students around the historical precinct of Old Kuching City. No pictures on the guided tour because I was not around.

I was lucky to have class on Saturday mornings so I was excused from the lecture. I can foresee what the speaker is going to say next! Since I helped preparing the presentation slides and I practically heard the talk over and over a countless time, I was glad to not be there. LOL. However, as one of the committee member in SHS, I helped talking photographs! At least I was walking around.
The same program was carried out before with the UM (Universiti Malaya) and NUS (National University of Singapore) students.

And before that, we also conducted Sarawakiana Talk (I blogged about it before) which I was pretty much involved in preparing the presentation as it was the very first program conducted by SHS. The ball just kept rolling from there and now SHS are carrying out a lot of similar programs with different targeted audience.
